Vanilla cake is made with organic all purpose flour, baking soda, sea salt, canola oil, organic unsweetened apple sauce, pure vanilla extract, soy milk, organic lemon ( for buttermilk), and organic apple cider vinegar; Buttercream(earth balance butter, shortening, powder sugar, guava puree from pulp, organic pure vanilla extract); Guava Filling ( made with guava pulp, organic lemon juice, and organic raw cane sugar)

Small orders (Example- a dozen of the following -cookies, cupcakes, or mini bundts) must be placed a week in advance. All other orders must be placed at least three weeks in advance.
